PHOTOGRAPHER:
Goeters concentrates on digital photography of youth sports and ‘street photography.’ His past work includes candid portraits in special architectural environments. He has used the computer or Polaroid transfers to transform photographic images.
His exhibited work includes:

WRITER: His articles and fiction have been published in newspapers, magazines, journals and reports.
PROFESSOR: Goeters held appointments at Yale University, Boston University, Notre Dame and the University of Houston; and visiting professor at Rice, Florida State University and the University of Kentucky as well as other institutions.
EDUCATION: He earned a Masters degree from Yale University and Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the University of Houston. He also attended the University of Toronto in Canada, the Institute of Design in Chicago, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, the Art Institute of Boston, Center for Photography at Woodstock NY, the Maine Photographic Workshops, the Kodak Center for Creative Imaging and the New England School Of Photography.
In addition to the above Goeters has been an architect, home builder, apartment developer , governmental administrator and consultant in designing, financing and building affordable and low income housing in Massachusetts, Texas, California and Florida.
